The Glass Rooms retroglazing system is undoubtedly the most advanced retroglazing system in the world for use in existing timber window frames. Not only is the The Glass Rooms Retroglazing system employed in domestic homes but it is also approved for use in the reglazing of the Auckland Museum "a Grade 1 Heritage listed building". Clearly confirming the unique values this system brings to the retro installation of double glazed units into character buildings throughout New Zealand.

"CrossLink" EVA Lamination is a highly advanced glass lamination process. The Glass Room is the only Glass Heritage specialist in the world to have this technology in house. It provides our clients with the knowledge that thinner heritage glass panels can be bonded to a parent glass ensuring that not only can we often offer the original glass we can also bring these panels upto current glazing standards including upto full Australian and New Zealand safety glass standards.
